She coordinated and supervised contractors performing work on the house, persistently pursued buyers and made sure they understood the unique characteristics and value of our house, followed up with buyer agents to learn how we could make our house more appealing, and regularly checked on the house after we moved away (and the house was still on the market). Candi communicated with us frequently and made sure we were fully aware of everything having to do with the sale of our home. We felt that we could trust Candi with one of our most valuable possessions even though we were located 500 miles away. On the morning of closing, Candi checked on the house and found that a drain pipe had frozen due to uncommonly cold weather. She located a plumber (and most were busy dealing with freezes in other homes), coordinated with the buyers, and helped us all to find an acceptable solution that allowed us to close on the same day.
